Personal Information: Full name, email, phone number, mailing address, billing information, and identifying documents such as government-issued IDs, passports, tax forms, and utility bills.

Sensitive Information: Social Insurance Numbers (SINs), banking documents, legal forms, health records (if applicable), and other high-risk personal data.

Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device ID, session logs, and cookies collected during use of our website and CRM.

Communication Data: Content from emails, Zoom recordings (with notice), and contact forms including any data voluntarily shared with us.

3. Purpose of Data Use

We collect and process your Information for the following reasons:

• To schedule, conduct, and record consultations (with your notice and consent).
• To verify your identity for service eligibility or compliance reasons.

4. Consent and Recordings

By booking a Zoom consultation, submitting information, or engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data in accordance with this Policy.

If a session is recorded, you will be informed in advance and may decline participation. Refusal to consent to recording may limit service availability in certain contexts.

TNAADO uses encrypted, secure servers and enterprise-grade CRM platforms. All data transmissions occur over HTTPS with up-to-date SSL/TLS protocols. Internally, we enforce strict access controls and regularly audit our systems for vulnerabilities. Staff undergo continuous training in cybersecurity awareness and data protection best practices.

Despite these measures, no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and clients are advised to avoid using unsecured or public Wi-Fi when submitting sensitive documents.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share your data under the following conditions:

• With service providers under confidentiality agreements for storage, communications, payment processing, and security.
• To comply with legal obligations such as subpoenas, tax requests, or court orders.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the conditions under which you ("Client", "you") access, purchase, or utilize any services, consultations, or products provided by TNAADO ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By submitting payment, engaging in a consultation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

TNAADO offers consulting, advisory, document preparation, information analysis, and related professional services. Specific terms may vary by service and will be defined in any independent service agreements, work scopes, or client intake forms.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and timely information;
• Participate actively in all scheduled sessions and complete required documentation;
• Use secure methods to transmit sensitive materials;
• Abide by all relevant laws and regulations in connection with our services.

Failure to cooperate or provide accurate information may result in delays, denied service, or termination of the engagement without refund.

3. Finality of Sales

All purchases, bookings, and services are final. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will not be permitted once payment is submitted and work has begun, unless a written contract specifies otherwise. Service-specific guarantees or warranties shall only apply where explicitly defined in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TNAADO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Total liability under any cause shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the affected service;
• TNAADO is not liable for damages caused by third-party platforms (Zoom, email, hosting, etc.) or force majeure events.

8. Force Majeure

TNAADO shall not be held liable for delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, government actions, or cyberattacks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any legal dispute must be brought before the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
